Alberto Diaz-Hermidas is a registered architect and city planner based in Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain with more than 20 years of experience. His specialty is city planning and technical consulting related to land development, building projects, and real estate transactions in Marbella and the Costa del Sol, especially in the high-end residential segment.

Alberto obtained his architect´s degree in the University of Sevilla, Spain, with specialty in Urban Planning. He also holds Master in Design and Doctor in Design degrees from Harvard University in the United States, where he lived and worked as a designer and construction manager for 12 years until starting his own practice in Marbella.

His most frequent work includes master planning for land developments, residential and commercial building design, and technical due diligence services for real estate transactions (such as certificates for land registration and cadastral coordination).
